Tim’s Tours 2025 Shuttle to Zach Bryan Concert at Notre Dame Stadium
Our shuttle will run on the following dates:

We drop off at the Indiana University School of Medicine South Bend parking lot circle and it’s just a short walk to Notre Dame Stadium. The fare is $12 per person each way, or $20 Round Trip. Buses are first-come, first-serve and stop at the Mishawaka/Granger area hotels listed below:

How does the shuttle work?
The bus is on a route and will make stops at specific times, which can be found on a flyer at the front desk of your hotel. If no one is waiting, the bus will proceed to its next stop. You can find shuttle times here by clicking on the corresponding PDF link above.
Should guests make reservations?
No. We do not accept advanced reservations.
Should front desk personnel call the drivers to tell them if people are waiting?
No, again the bus is on a route and will make stops at each hotel. If no one is waiting, the bus will proceed to its next stop.
Does Tim’s Tours take credit cards for payment?
No, drivers can only collect cash payments. You may pay $12 for a one-way trip or $20 for round trip. If you pay for the round trip option, you will be given a token which is good for the return trip after the concert.
What happens if the shuttle gets full on the way to Notre Dame?
Each shuttle is first-come, first-serve and is on a route with multiple stops. Due to the popularity of our shuttle, there is a possibility that it may become full. If that happens, if one of the other shuttles isn’t full, it can come to pickup remaining guests. If that isn’t an option, you may need to wait for the next shuttle pickup time. Peak ridership TO THE concert is two to three hours prior to concert start time. To avoid capacity and space concerns, we recommend taking the first available shuttle early in the day.
Where does the shuttle drop off at Notre Dame?
For Mishawaka/ Granger hotels, our shuttle will drop off and pick up exclusively at the INDIANA UNIVERSITY SCHOOL OF MEDICINE SOUTH BEND parking lot circle (near the intersection of Napolean St & N Notre Dame Ave). The shuttle runs more efficiently with one pickup and drop off location.
What time(s) do the return shuttles leave Notre Dame (post-concert)?
-When Bus is Full or 30 minutes post-concert
-When Bus is Full or 45 minutes post-concert
-2 hours post-concert (LAST SHUTTLE)
Return shuttle times are also posted on the flyer located at the front desk of each hotel. If a bus fills up prior to its listed time, it will depart early, which is typical for the first departing shuttles after the concert ends. Each shuttle is first-come, first-serve.
Will we have to wait for a shuttle after the concert ends?
The first post-concert shuttles typically fill up fast and take the most time to return to campus due to peak ridership and heavy traffic caused by 80,000 people leaving the stadium at the same time. If you prefer a shorter ride back to your hotel, it is highly recommended that you grab dinner or a beverage & plan on taking the shuttle 2 hours after the concert ends (when fewer people ride and traffic levels return to normal). If there are no buses waiting, please be patient as shuttles will return to campus as soon as possible up to 2 hours after the concert ends.
Can we take a shuttle back to our hotel before the concert starts?
You may catch one of the shuttles dropping off at Notre Dame and ride it back on its next round of pickups. *Note, the last shuttle TO the concert does not return to the hotels-you must catch one of the earlier shuttles.
Which bus(es) do we look for at Notre Dame?
There will be many buses. Any Tim’s Tours buses picking up at INDIANA UNIVERSITY SCHOOL OF MEDICINE SOUTH BEND parking lot circle (near the intersection of Napolean St & N Notre Dame Ave) go to Mishawaka/ Granger, Indiana hotels. All other buses (and other Tim’s Tours buses at other pickup locations) go to different locations.
How late does the shuttle stay out making return trips after the concert is over?
For Mishawaka/ Granger hotels, the last Tim’s Tours shuttle departs 2 hours post-concert.
I’m not staying at one of the hotels listed above- Can I still use your shuttle?
Yes! We recommend parking in either the large parking lot in Heritage Square just East of Holiday Inn Express (and boarding the shuttle at the Holiday Inn Express) or parking in the large parking lot West of the Hampton Inn in Heritage Square (and boarding the shuttle at the Hampton Inn).
