We drop off at the DeBartolo Performing Arts Center and it’s just a short walk to the Stadium. The fare is $20 per person which includes round-trip transportation. Buses are first-come, first-serve and stop at the South Bend/ Roseland, Indiana area hotels listed below:

How does the shuttle work?
The bus is on a route and will make stops at specific times, which can be found on a flyer at the front desk of your hotel. If no one is waiting, the bus will proceed to its next stop. You can find shuttle times here by clicking on the corresponding PDF link above.
Should guests make reservations?
No. We do not accept advanced reservations.
Should front desk personnel call the drivers to tell them if people are waiting?
No, again the bus is on a route and will make stops at each hotel. If no one is waiting, the bus will proceed to its next stop.
Does Tim’s Tours take credit cards for payment?
No, drivers only collect cash payments although some drivers can accept Venmo. The cost is $20 per person which includes round-trip transportation. When you board the coach & pay your fare, you will be given a token which is good for the return trip after the game.
What happens if the shuttle gets full on the way to Notre Dame?
Each shuttle is first-come, first-serve and is on a route with multiple stops. Due to the popularity of our shuttle, there is a possibility that it may become full. If that happens, if one of the other shuttles isn't full, it can come to pickup remaining guests. If that isn't an option, you may need to wait for the next shuttle pickup time. Peak ridership TO THE GAME is two to three hours prior to kick off. To avoid capacity and space concerns, we recommend taking the first available shuttle early in the day.
Where does the shuttle drop off at Notre Dame?
For South Bend/ Roseland hotels, our shuttle will drop off and pick up exclusively at the DeBartolo Performing Arts Center. The shuttle runs more efficiently with one pickup and drop off location.
What time(s) do the return shuttles leave Notre Dame (post-game)?
-End of the Third Quarter (Departs when Fourth Quarter Starts)
-When Bus is Full or 15 minutes post-game
-When Bus is Full or 30 minutes post-game
-1 hour post-game
-1 hour & 30 minutes post-game
-2 hours post-game (LAST SHUTTLE)
Return shuttle times are also posted on the flyer located at the front desk of each hotel. If a bus fills up prior to its listed time, it will depart early, which is typical for the first departing shuttles after the game ends. Each shuttle is first-come, first-serve.
Will we have to wait for a shuttle after the game ends?
The first post-game shuttles typically fill up fast and take the most time to return to campus due to peak ridership and heavy traffic caused by 80,000 people leaving the stadium at the end of the game. If you prefer a shorter ride back to your hotel, it is highly recommended that you grab dinner after the game & plan on taking the shuttle 2 hours after the game ends (when fewer people ride and traffic levels return to normal). If there are no buses waiting, please be patient as shuttles will return to campus as soon as possible up to 2 hours after the game ends.
Can we take a shuttle back to our hotel before the game starts?
You may catch one of the shuttles dropping off at Notre Dame and ride it back on its next round of pickups. *Note, the last shuttle TO the game does not return to the hotels-you must catch one of the earlier shuttles.
Which bus(es) do we look for at Notre Dame?
There will be many buses. Tim’s Tours buses picking up at the DeBartolo Performing Arts Center go to South Bend/ Roseland hotels. All other buses (and other Tim’s Tours buses at other pickup locations) go to different locations.
We didn’t ride your shuttle to the stadium. Can we still get a ride back on the shuttle?
Yes, you can still board the shuttle and pay the driver for a ride back to your hotel. The cost is still $20.
How late does the shuttle stay out making return trips after the game is over?
For South Bend/ Roseland hotels, the last Tim's Tours shuttle departs 2 hours after the end of the game.
I'm not staying at one of the hotels listed above- Can I still use your shuttle?
Yes! We recommend parking in either the large parking lot in Heritage Square (Granger, IN) just East of Holiday Inn Express (and boarding the shuttle at the Holiday Inn Express) or parking in the large parking lot West of the Hampton Inn in Heritage Square (and boarding the shuttle at the Hampton Inn). Heritage Square is a shopping center with many stores & restaurants that share parking.
