That’s in our FAQ section: We recommend parking in either the large parking lot in Heritage Square (Granger, IN) just East of Holiday Inn Express (and boarding the shuttle at the Holiday Inn Express) or parking in the large parking lot West of the Hampton Inn in Heritage Square (and boarding the shuttle at the Hampton Inn). Heritage Square is a shopping center with shared parking.

Hello there. We are staying at Staybridge suites in Elkhart on the night of the AC/DC concert, September 4. Where would be the best (closest) place to pick up one of your shuttles heading down to the concert?

Thank you for your comment. Our shuttle is very popular and yes, it can get full. If our shuttles get full on the way TO the concert, we do have extra buses running, but even they can become full too. We can return for additional hotel pickups if needed. However the best thing to do is to take the first available shuttle TO the concert. Shuttles after the concert will be busy regardless as it will be late and just about everyone wants to leave at the same time. If people are still waiting at the 2 hour mark, we will not leave anyone behind and will continue running shuttles as long as they are at the correct pickup location before the 2 hour mark.
