Have you ever thought that you’d love to experience the sights, sounds and smells of the Magnificent Mile in downtown Chicago at Christmastime, but just the thought of trying to drive in the Loop puts knots in your stomach? Well, leave all that fear and trepidation behind and enjoy the day with a Tim’s Tours Magnificent Mile Excursion!
Take advantage of the great deals in one of your favorite Chicago based stores in Water Tower Place, listen to carols and watch the hustle and bustle of the amazing downtown Chicago crowd. Or perhaps you fancy stopping in at Nieman Marcus, Saks 5th Avenue or maybe the Crate and Barrel Store just a block away from the Disney Store; all within a few blocks of the famous Chicago Water Tower.
And if you have an interest in visiting the Chriskindlmarket, an outside traditional German American market now celebrating it’s 16th year on the Plaza, Tim will transport you there for a couple of hours of browsing mid day. There are dozens of individual shops all around the square that have unique holiday items for sale that have a European flair, and excellent baked goodies and soups of every variety that you will want to taste! Tim will drop you there with no worries of where to go or where to park so that you can have a relaxed, worry free experience. There is even live music in the square to really set the scene nicely!
Once finished in Christkindl, Tim will head back to the pick up/drop off zone where you can meet him to stow your packages on the bus so you don’t have to drag them all over all day! Have lots of fun with your friends and family on this excursion to the great city of Chicago; your kids will love it too!
